The school year is winding down, and many homeschoolers are making plans for summer. Art is such a perfect activity this time of year!
There are fewer subjects we're working on each day, and we can spend a bit longer on enrichment.
It's warm outside, so messy art can be done in the yard (and clean-up can be as easy as getting out the hose)!
If you are traveling, you'll be able to visit some really special art museums in new cities.
We have some really fun things planned in The Studio this summer. If you love the idea of adding an element of art exploration to your homeschool next year (or taking your current studies to the next level) I'm excited to invite you to join us in The Studio this summer to see how we study art!
The Studio is Art History Kids monthly membership program. We study a new topic or theme each month, and your kids get to know famous artists as they make open-ended art inspired by their style.
Right now the membership is open for enrollment, so I wanted to give you a quick peek inside, and show you around a little. Watch this video for a tour of the site…

The Studio makes exploring art easy for you and fun for your kids
Invite your kids to express themselves through art as they learn to think critically about the world around them. Imagine confidently knowing what you'll do next. Imagine the freedom that comes from reclaiming your time, and letting The Studio do all your art lesson planning for you. Imagine effortlessly exploring all kinds of fun art subjects with your kids year-round... and because it's so much fun, it doesn't even feel like school! (But it is.)
